PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

- How much does shipping cost?
- Absolutely nothing. Shipping is always FREE!
- Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
- We ship your orders from various international warehouses and manufacturers (USA, Australia, etc.). Some of our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next, so don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once… they are on the way.
- Do you ship internationally?
- YES! We currently only ship to customers within the United States, Canada, Austrailia, and the United Kingdom.
- How long does order processing and shipping usually take?
- We have various shipping times for various products. For estimated order processing and shipping times, please refer to the "PROCESSING & SHIPPING" tab located on the product page. This will give you an estimated time for your order to be processed and shipped for that particular product.
- Why is my order taking longer to process/deliver than estimated?
- Handmade products may take longer to process and ship!
- In some cases such as inclement weather, holiday seasons, or if we happen to be experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments and delivery times can be delayed.
- Please keep in mind that some of your orders are shipped out directly by our various international warehouses which may result in various shipping times, especially for international orders. Working with these manufacturers and suppliers directly allows us to offer a diverse collection of products to meet your needs!

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
We appreciate your business and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, mistakes do happen and we sincerely apologize if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We work hard to ensure that our products are high-quality and appealing to each one of our customers.
- 15 Day Refund Policy:
- Within the first fifteen days upon delivery of your order you may request a refund if your order has arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect, or you are not satifsfied with your order.
- To begin the process for recieving a refund for your damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to assist you in sorting out any issues. Your email must to include the order#, tracking#, photo(s) of the product, and a subject line of specifying that you want you make a return. We will respond promptly and start the process of returning your damaged, faulty, or incorrect product for a full refund. We will cover the shipping!
- However, if you are requesting a refund because you are not satisfied with your order, we do ask that you pay for the shipping and apologize for the inconvience.
Your feedback is essential to us! Please leave us a detailed email as to why you are returning your order so that your concerns can be addressed. This also helps us prevent these things from happening in the future! We want you to leave our site happy, satisfied and pleased with our support/customer service team.

- How do I place an order?
- First, go to our website at https://nyahippie.com/. Navigate the menu and find the product of your choice! You can either choose to buy it now or add it to your cart and continue shopping until you're ready to checkout! Fill in your information and pay! It's that simple :].
- How can I pay for an order?
- We offer safe and secure shopping and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, AND MORE!
- How do I cancel an order?
- If you need to change or cancel an order simply contact us here! You must contact us withing the first 5 days your order has been placed. If your order has already shipped, we can not cancel your order.
- Can I track my order?
- This will be coming back soon! We are currently working to find a better tracking experience for our customers.
- How do I apply a discount code to my order?
- To use a discount code, simply enter the code in the discount box located either in your cart or under the order summary during checkout. Please note discount codes are only applied to the price during checkout, so your cart's price will not reflect the discounted price.
- How do I apply an automatic discount to my order?
- Automatic discounts are automatically applied to your cart once the qualification has been met. Please note that automatic discounts are applied in your cart, so your cart's price will reflect the discounted price.
- Why is my discount code not working?
