    • We offer safe and secure shopping and accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, AND MORE!


  • How do I cancel an order?
    • If you need to change or cancel an order, simply contact us here! You must contact us within the first 3 days of your order being placed. If your order has already been processed for shipment, we cannot cancel your order.


  • Can I track my order?
    • Of course, tracking is available for every order! To track your package, please click here.


  • How do I apply a discount code to my order?
    • To use a discount code, simply enter the code in the discount box located either in your slide out cart or under the order summary during checkout. Please note discount codes are only applied to the price during checkout, so your cart's price will not reflect the discounted price.


  • How do I apply an automatic discount to my order?
    • Automatic discounts are automatically applied to your cart once the qualification has been met. Please note that automatic discounts are applied in your cart, so your cart's price will reflect the discounted price.

  • How long does order processing and shipping usually take?
    • Since all our products are handmade, order processing times can vary.

  • Why is my order taking longer to process/deliver than estimated?
    • All of our products are made by hand, therefore order processing times can fluctuate.
    • In some cases such as inclement weatherholiday seasons, or if we happen to be experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments and delivery times can be delayed.

The information provided below are the terms and conditions that constitute our
Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policies:
3 Day Order Cancellation Policy:
  • If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do so within the first 3 days of placing your order. If your order has already been processed for shipment, the order cannot be canceled.


30 Day Refund Policy:

You may request a refund within the first 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us at as soon as possible. Your email should include the order #, tracking #, the issue with your order/product and a subject line specifying that you would like to return your order for a refund. You may be asked to provide photos.

  • Refunds:
    • To receive a refund you MUST return your original order.
    • We reserve the right to refund your order, minus the return shipping cost.
    • If your refund request via email has been approved, we will send you a return label to send the item(s) back to us. We must receive the item(s) within 15 days of sending you the prepaid return label in order for us to process refund. Any packages returned after this time period will be refused, and the refund cancelled.


14  Day Replacement Policy:

If your product is broken/faulty you may request a replacement within the first 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us at as soon as possible. Your email should include the order #, tracking #, the issue with your order/product and a subject line specifying that you would like to return your order for a replacement. You may be asked to provide photos.

  • Replacements:
    • If your replacement request via email has been approved, we will create a new $0.00 order with the information you provided at checkout on your last order. Please note shipping charges apply.


      When Do We Not Accept Refund/Replacement Requests?

      • We do not accept refund/replacement requests for custom handstamped pieces.
      • We do not accept refund/replacement requests for enamel loss.
      • We reserve the right to cancel and refuse any refunds/replacement if we believe customer tampering or customer dishonesty is evident. 
      • Customer Error:
        • Failing to read website policies.
        • Failing to read the size/description/care instructions of products.
        • Providing incorrect information such as a shipping address.
      • Delayed, Lost, Missing or Returned Packages:
        • If you have any issues with delivery, please contact your local postal service with your provided tracking number.
        • We are not responsible for your package once it is in the care of the shipping carrier, therefore we can not be held responsible if your package is delayed.
        • If the tracking information updates or shows that it was delivered, we are not responsible if the package is delayed, stolen, missing or delivered to the incorrect address.
        • If your package is not delivered and is returned to us by the postal carrier, we will send a courtesy email offering to re-ship your package, however, you must pay the shipping costs to reship your order. If you wish to cancel your returned original order, we reserve the right to refund your order, minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
        • We do not offer refunds/exchanges because your order was delayed.


      Your feedback is essential! To ensure that your concerns are addressed, please leave us a detailed email as to why you would like to return your order for a refund/exchange. This helps us prevent these things from happening in the future!

      To enjoy your handstamped pieces for as long as possible, instructions are listed below on how to properly care for and store them. I highly suggest following these few guidelines so that you can keep them as close to their original form as possible!

      Unless stated otherwise, all handstamped pieces will be made out of aluminum. Aluminum is a lightweight, durable metal that will not tarnish. Please note that after some time, this metal will show signs of wear and tear which is perfectly normal. 


      How To Clean Your Handstamped Pieces:

      Without proper and regular cleaning, it will be harder to keep your pieces in top condition for longevity.

      Gently wipe with a soft cloth, a tiny amount of alcohol and be sure to avoid the ink! Do not press hard when polishing or you may cause damage to the surface.


      When Should You Remove Your Handstamped Pieces?

      To keep your handstamped pieces in pristine condition and prevent scratching, deterioration, or enamel loss over time:

      • Always remove when in contact with water or excess moisture! This includes taking a bath, shower, exercising, swimming, etc.
      • Avoid chemicals and household cleaners! Remove when applying lotions and creams, or simply cleaning the house.

      When storing, I recommend keeping them out of the bathroom and shower area, steam rooms, gym/spa, etc. Always store in a dry place!

      If you notice chips or fading, you can simply go over the design with a Sharpie. Once it is dry, wipe the excess off with a soft cloth and a dab of alcohol.
